Meet the doctor
Austin C. Collazo, DDS
Dr. Collazo has a deep-rooted connection to dentistry through his family. His father practiced as an orthodontist in Little Rock, Arizona, for over 30 years, and his brother continues to practice as an orthodontist in Memphis, Tennessee.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Collazo is a multifaceted individual. He is a talented singer-songwriter, actor, and avid tennis player. When he isn't tending to smiles, you can find him hiking, running, and camping. Dr. Collazo also enjoys being around his family and friends, cherishing moments spent with loved ones.

John M. Phillips, DDS
Growing up in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Dr. Phillips is a huge fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder and the University of Oklahoma! He has three children, ages 3, 6, and 8. When he isn't practicing dentistry, Dr. Phillips enjoys exploring parks, hiking, fishing, and golfing. His favorite leisure activity is planting trees with his children.

Dr. Phillips is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
